Yay! It's my mom's birthday. She is the big 66 today. I am making her the sugar-free cake and we are going over later for dinner or something. Jenny is making her a birthday breakfast, so I was inspired to make a big breakfast over here as well. It's not that we never have that, but usually I make it for dinner when I have more energy. We are having eggs, bacon, home fries, toast. Yum. I may not need to eat for the rest of the day.
Off to work on breakfast.
